We're excited you're taking this important step toward your college journey

Our grants provide personalized move-in essentials, travel to campus for you and a parent or guardian, meals before the cafeteria opens, and a gift card for incidentals.

Before You Begin

You're going to need specific items to complete your application. Please have the following ready to make the process smooth and fast.

  • Your own annual income (student only, from jobs, wages, or tips)
  • Total household income and number of people in your household
  • FAFSA or California Dream Act Application (CADAA) completion status and your SAI (Student Aid Index), if completed
  • Name and address of the college you'll be attending
  • Expected start date and confirmation you'll be living on campus

Eligibility Prerequisites

Please confirm all items before continuing. All three must be "Yes" to qualify.

I am a high school senior and will be attending college in the next academic year
You must be a first-time college student to qualify for this grant.
I will be attending college full-time
You must be enrolled full-time to qualify for this grant.
I will be living on campus
You must be living on campus to qualify for this grant.
Not Eligible: Based on your answers, you are not eligible for a Campus Ready Grant. All three requirements must be "Yes".
