Eric Lilavois

Eric Lilavois built his career at the intersection of hospitality and leadership having served as Chief Hospitality Officer at RH, COO of the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, and founder of Elevate Hospitality Management. Across those roles he led teams of more than 1,200 people and stewarded revenues of $150 million, always with the conviction that exceptional organizations are built on care as much as craft.

His commitment to Campus Ready Foundation is personal. Eric knows what it means to arrive on campus with very little — and how much practical, non-tuition support can shape a student's confidence from the start. He brings that lived perspective alongside decades of experience in systems design, capital raising, and board service, including six years with the St. Helena & Calistoga Boys & Girls Club.

A graduate of NYU’s Stern School of Business (B.S., Accounting), Eric believes leadership begins with kindness, compassion, and joy—and that hospitality, at its best, is simply care in action. Outside of work, he loves music, art, reading, fitness, good food, and time with the people he loves.
